We celebrated our wedding there in May 2018 in the small adjoining room. It was very nice and the food was great. Our guests and we were delighted. We have been going there regularly since then, also because our dog is allowed. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

Had my birthday that day but forgot to order a table. Nevertheless we got a table and ordered a plate for 2 people. The food was great and the hygiene rules were followed. We felt very comfortable. Thank you. Any time.

Extremely unmotivated, unfriendly and inflexible (male) staff. Rarely have I experienced such a deal with the guest. The girls there do it very differently. The food was okay but not earth-shattering

If you love good food, are no more than 6 people and don't mind high prices and rather unmotivated, patially unfriendly and/or unprofessional and slightly chaotic stuff, this might be yours. Otherwise: stay away.

Unfortunately I have to join many of the previous speakers here. The food is completely ok. The rice on the grill plate was unfortunately too dry and quite bland. The salad is very spicy, very vinegar-heavy and dill-heavy. Too little zaiziki (1/2 tablespoon). The meat was delicious. The motivation of the waiters is - as already described several times here - rather damaging to the business. Brainstorming and professional follow-up training in dealing with customers should really take place here. Otherwise, the restaurant is very beautiful, you can also sit very nicely in the sufficiently large outdoor area under the shade of chestnut trees. Sufficient parking spaces available

The food tastes great and the portions are decent. The grill plates are particularly recommended for meat eaters. The waiters seemed rather listless, but unfriendly would be the wrong word for it.

A cheap lunch menu is offered at lunchtime. It was delicious, but I missed the typical hospitality from the waiters. They were very monosyllabic, almost a little grumpy ...

NOT RECOMMENDABLE. First of all: I have NEVER seen such impolite and unmotivated waiters. (especially the 2 male waiters with hair). We (4 adults + 2 prams) waited at the entrance until we were received. The one waiter came and asked if we had made a reservation. We said no and he walked away without a word, rolling his eyes. After a few more minutes the other waiter met us, asked the same question, and finally took us away. The waiters don't seem to like that we were there with two babies. So we sat at the table and they just threw us the menus. When we took the order we were asked reluctantly: "What do you want?" First there was trouble because we wrote the numbers of the dishes on the back of the guest registration slip (Corona time). Ok well .. happened and can't be undone. But instead of simply taking the order, the waiter had to argue with us forever. My goodness my collar popped off .. and then I just started to recite the numbers without paying any attention to him. So he interrupted his angry speech and wrote down. Even before the meal came, we asked for two high chairs for our two babies. My husband asks the one waiter: "Can we have two high chairs, please?" - he said: "why not?" (Usually you say: yes, of course. No idea. You are so strange to us here ”. Instead of bringing us the high chairs, my husband had to get them himself. The whole crew of waiters then stood at our table and watched us arrange the high chairs and strollers on the tables. Now for the meal. This was brought to us by the only nice waitress. We had grilled kalamris and octopus. Both were burned black and tasted EXTREMELY bitter. Grill plate was dry. Both meat and fries. At the next table, by the way, we noticed how the waiter literally threw the guests' food. Won't come back here !!

Very nice garden! Great to sit, linger and eat. It's a little expensive than other restaurants. But the food is also higher at this level. To grill in such a way that it is super juicy and the taste is rounded off with herbs, that has to be managed first

We have been there many times now, as we like the food very much. The ambience is also very nice. We have already celebrated a milestone birthday here. However, the male staff is so unfriendly, which leads me to give this bad rating. It wasn't an isolated incident either. The waiters behave this way every time. The ladies, especially the boss, are usually very friendly. But the waiters are cheeky, inflexible (we were suddenly not allowed to make any changes to the dish, which was still possible without any problems on the last visit), you are not even greeted and you have the feeling of being undesirable. Guests who came after us have already received food, so we were still waiting for the drinks. We do not give up hope that the waiters will finally be replaced or that they will still enjoy their jobs.

Discovered by accident. Nice personel. Still getting a place without a reservation. (Thanks to Corona). Attentive and very good Greek food. Price-performance is right. Gladly again.

The lunch kitchen is unbeatable. Delicious, good portions for little money. At the moment the huge beer garden is unbeatable. The service is quick and friendly.

Great service, got us a table for two without a reservation. Most waiters and waitresses were wearing the mask correctly, including the nose.

The quality has deteriorated significantly over the years. The preparation of the dishes was probably adapted to the elderly. We were very disappointed 😞. You can give a star for the really nice ambience. Too bad. We're not going any more.

Absolutely great atmosphere. Great Greek cuisine with lamb, liver, fish, gyros and everything that goes with it. Very friendly staff. When the weather is nice, you can sit in a great garden. Reservation required because of very well attended 😁. We were really excited.

Was there for the baptism or first communion of my sons. Great service, delicious food, always happy. -> For me, it's always the first address for family festivities. 👍

We were here on Pentecost Sunday and very satisfied, you can sit here in the garden in the green. However, there are also many shady spots. The service is very quick and friendly. The food tasted great. We also found the quality to be quite good. Highly Recommended!

Excellent food & service highly recommened, Sorry have to change my review the food is still great but something is missing I think the service is slowly failing, the smiles from the waiters 6 waitresses some customers get handshakes and welcomes some do not. All the guests should be treated the same. Because if one seated customer sees another get a warm welcome and he did not they feel second class. Do not get me wrong it is still a good restaurant but the service in my eye is not at the level it used to be

The chicken in grill was really tasty with a cheese sauce. Also the salad that was as a side also was good. Overall the place has good and tasty food, but the waiter seemed kind of mad, or at least that was my perspective. But not a big deal. A nice place to eat in Karlsruhe.

Like others already said, very nice surroundings, but the service is lousy. When the wait finally decided to come to you, he's not even looking at you while writing down in the most uninterested way what you like to order. Then he's turning the back towards and mumbling something about how long it takes but you anyways can't understand it any more. It's a pity for the beautiful place.
